Terms of Purchase

Buying Plain Shoes
You can buy your shoes in our shop or by phone 01925 470581.
If your shoes do not fit we will exchange them for another size, if they are returned within 7 days.
We will not offer a refund if the shoes have obviously been worn.
Please note, white satin shoes are not Bright White they are "off white".

Buying Dyed Shoes
Once a pair of shoes has been dyed we will not refund or exchange if they do not fit.

Try Before You Dye
You can use our try before you dye option
We will send a plain pair of shoes so you can try them before they are dyed.
Return the shoes to us and confirm that the size is correct.
Include your colour swatch in the return box.
Try before you dye will cost £10.00 to cover postage and admin.

Shoes which have scuffed soles or obvious signs of been worn will not be refunded.
Try your shoes on in a carpeted area.

White Shoes
We would like to point out that the white satin shoes supplied by all manufacturers are not Bright White. The shade is an Antique or Milk White.
If you order white shoes we will not refund if they are not white enough.

Hand Made Tairas & Fascinators
A tiara or fascinator which has been made to your colour choice or any other requirement will not be refunded or exchanged.

Other Accessories
Generally we will exchange items which have been purchased as long as the item has not been worn or damaged.

Lingerie
If your item does not fit we will exchange it for a different size or provide you with a refund.
We will only exchange or refund if the item is returned unworn and in it's original packaging complete with tags.
We do not pay for return postage.
Sizing charts are provided on our website which are given to us by the manufacturers.
We will not refund or exchange simply because you do not like the item.

Postage Charges
All items are posted free of charge. We do not pay for return postage.
